The early ’80’s were a different look, of course. (And yes, the nose and the mustache are fake.)

The mid 80’s brought me home to Santa Fe from the high life in Aspen. Vegetarian cuisine was still in the blah macrobiotic stage and it was time to do something to prove that veggies could be haute, too.
