New Mexico Homestyle Food

Taste the past in Old New Mexico’s treasured recipes. Translated from the original crumpled handwritten scraps of yellowed index cards, these unknown New Mexico originals give an up-close view of 1950’s Old Town cuisine. Current Cuisine:

I generally eat what I can find at the local Farmers Market or at the Co-op so it’s mostly vegetarian fare.
