The Plate is Your Canvas ~ Creative Marketing For A Cause

Take a tip from The Tri-Lakes Center for the Arts in Colorado Springs. In partnership with Amuzé Bistro Dining, the Arts Council fundraiser had people designing their own dishes. Since they only had to dazzle the judges eyes, not their palates, everyone was free to channel their inner Iron Chef. The $5 entry fee made it fun, not serious.
